That's where we are right now. Twenty six players, parents, and coaches who said yes to doing this the right way — timing first, mechanics second, and actually tracking the work instead of just hoping something sticks.

I don't take that lightly.

This community started with a demo call on a Sunday night where eight people showed up, walked through every section of the Hit Book live, and by the end of the call — all eight of them were in. That's not a sales pitch working. That's what happens when a hitter finally sees the whole picture laid out clearly and decides they're done guessing.

If you joined on launch day, same thing. You didn't stumble in here. You made a decision.

So here's what I want you to know:

You're early. This community is brand new, and being here right now — at 18 members — means you're going to shape what this thing becomes. The conversations you start, the questions you ask, the wins you post — all of that builds the culture in here. That matters.

Second thing: nobody drifts in Full Count. I'm watching the community. If you've been quiet since you joined, I'm going to reach out. If you're stuck on something, say so — that's what this place is for.

Here's your one job this week if you haven't done it yet: open the Hit Book and fill out Section 1. Specifically the "Why I Play" block. Don't rush it. Don't write the polished answer. Write the true one.

Everything else we do together builds on that.
