Hey — welcome to Full Count.

I want to start by saying something I mean: you're not just early adopters or beta testers or whatever the internet calls people who show up first. You're the founding group. The 18. And that actually matters to me.

Here's the deal — I've been coaching hitters for a long time. Good kids who work hard. Parents who are investing real time and real money. And most of them have been taught the same way, by well-meaning coaches who were taught the same way, going back generations. More mechanics. More reps. Fix the stance. Fix the launch angle. Fix the hands.

And it didn't work. Not in games, anyway.

What I've built here — what we're building here — is different. It starts with timing. It starts with understanding why your hitter is struggling before we talk about what to fix. That's the EV approach, that's the Right Now approach, and that's what Full Count is built around.

So here's what you can expect inside this community:

The Halls. Each base on the Success Path has its own Hall — a structured set of lessons, drills, and checkpoints. You're in the Feed Section right now. You can hop into 1st Base Hall right now. Work through it at your own pace. There's no race. Depth beats speed every time at this stage.

Real conversation. Ask questions here or in the Halls. Post your video. Tell me what's working and what isn't. This isn't a library where you consume content quietly — it's a community where we actually figure this out together.

Me. I'm in here. Not a chatbot, not a VA. When you post, I'm reading it.

You're the group that said yes before there was a fancy sales page or a thousand testimonials. I don't take that lightly.

I'm glad you're with me.

Let's get to work.

— Coach Bill

P.S. — Start in 1st Base Hall. Work the checklist. And if something doesn't make sense, post it here. That's what this place is for.
